今日はまずフロントサブフレームの清掃と防錆処理から
Today's task start as clean the front subframe and antirust



そしてAACバルブの洗浄、こちらではなかなか手に入らないフォームタイプのクリーナーがあって良かった。
みんから情報にある通り、ブレーキクリーナーでは余り汚れが取れません。
then I did AAC valve cleaning, luckily workshop has foam type engine cleaner, it is clearly better than brake cleaner to cleaning this part.
何度吹いても真っ黒になるので、袋に入れて洗浄しました。
As dirt is persistent, I put part in the bag.


きれいになりました。
Complete.

チャンバー部分も清掃
Cleaned a chamber area

純正新品ターボはメカさんの手でスタッドやパイピングの組み付けが進んでいます。
OEM new turbin has got a stud bolts and pipes by mechanic to ready for install.

今日も補器類の準備です
Still working on engine surrounding parts.
外されたインテーク周りの部品
RHS parts for intake side.

クリーニングとコーティングをお願いしたスロットルボディが届きました。
Throttle unit was cleaned and coated for seal.

スロットルポジションセンサーを交換
changed the throttle position sensor

コイルを交換
changed coil pack to new parts.

インテークマニホールドの汚れを落としました
cleaned up the intake manifolds.

しばらく更新できませんでしたが少しづつ作業は進行中です。
Could not update a while, but work is progressing slightly.

ギアボックスはOHの為取り外し、ミッション屋さんへ。
今回は各シンクロとベアリングを新品にし、中古で入手した各ギア類と比較して状態のいいもので全部組直しの予定です。工期一週間とのことですが、あてにはならなそうです。
Gearbox has sent to professional shop. I prepared oem new synchronize gears and bearlings, also good used gears and shafts. I intend them to compare the all gears on current gearbox and make it best condition. They told us it would take a week but I don't really believe that...



クラッチは純正新品を用意、今までのディスクは。。。限界でしたｗ
I ordered OEM new clutch, current clutch disc was almost ending...

ミッションクロスのブッシュも交換。左側のブッシュの劣化がひどい。
Renewed T/M cross member bushes, LHS bushes are heavily damaged.


各パイプ類にマーキングをして部品を取り外し。
Apply the marking to all the hoses, W/Harnesses, then take the parts off.



部品類の組み付け準備を進めます。
Ready the parts to install.

簡単なホースは作ります
Make a simple sturucture hoses by myself (This is a FR diff breather hose)

旧エンジンをよく見ましたが、タイミングベルトテンショナーはボルトが破断してました＾＾
We check the current motor closely, we could find out that timing tensioner bolt was broken.

しばらく更新できませんでしたが
Could not update a while,
フロントパイプを外しました。純正からインパル品へ変更の予定です。
Off the front pipe, will install impul part after new engine install.


そしてやっとエンジンが降りました！
Finally engine is taken from the body!

でかい！ミッション長い！メカのみんなも同意見。34重いわけだｗ
Big! and transmission is long! all mechanics there agreed. I understand why 34 is heavy.

次はミッションを外してオーバーホールへ、そして補器類の移植準備を始めます。
Next step would be off the transmission to overhaul, and prepare engine surrounding part to transfer to new engine.

ブレーキブラケットが到着しました。
Brake bracket has arrived.
Front: V36 355mm + Brembo F50 kit
Rear: V36 350mm + Standard Brembo kit

まずはリア。バッフルプレートをキャリパーに対して5ｍｍ隙でカット。
Firstly, Burrfle plate flange cut to keep 5mm clearance to the caliper.


パーキングブレーキケーブル付け根と若干の干渉もしくはタッチ状態
PKB cable is touching slightly

強度に問題ないレベルで逃げ加工
Shave the shape to keep clearance with care for the rigidity

フロントは問題なく装着。F50新品かっこいいっす＾＾
Front had no issue. F50 looks great!

しかし、BBS　RG-R　18x9.5J +20では前後隙OKだけど幅方向で干渉。
BBS RGR is hitting in wide direction, rounding direction was OK


ショップに余っていたMCRのスペーサー１０ｍｍは恰好いいけどナットがかからず。５ｍｍスペーサーでも隙は約1ｍｍ。
Shop had extra MCR spacer 10mm, it looks nice but too long, The bolt cannot reach to the nuts. Could keep the minimum clearance about 1mm even used 5mm spacer.


実はLMGT4の2015仕様を今回使おうと思っていましたが、2016仕様の方が魅力的なのでそれが来るまでこのホイールを使いたいので対策を考えねばなりません。
I have a brand new Nismo LMGT4 Omori spec 2015 version, but as I would like to purchase Omori spec 2016, I have to use this rims for a while, consider how to do.

とにかく、前後仮付け出来ました。久々にタイヤのついた状態を見れて先がますます楽しみになってきました。
Anyway tires has fitted, its been a while to see the car with tires. Cant wait to proceed further.



なんだか車が変形して見えますが、レンズのせいです。ウィングは完成までお楽しみで＾＾
Seems car is bending, but it is due to the lens. Wing shape will be reveal when completed!
