【ファンスイッチ】
今、FD2用のファンスイッチを自作中。
先日、TC1000で100℃超えをしたため、作成を決心。
サービスマニュアルによると、信号が2つあり、ファンスイッチLow、Highと。。。
良くわからないので、実験してみると、ファンスイッチLowをLoにすると、
2個のファンがゆっくり動作、HighをLoにすると、1個のファンが高速動作、
そしてLowとHighをLoにすると、2個のファンが高速動作。
多分。。。
1つのスイッチで2個の信号をLoに落とすために、リレーを2個使用。
高かった。。。
スタータースイッチ横のスイッチダミーカバーに穴を開け、そこにスイッチを取り付けた。
配線は終了。近々、CPUのファン信号とスイッチの信号を結線して、動作を確認する予定～

I am trying to make the fan switch.
I went to the circuit(TC1000) in GW.
I noticed that water temp of my car reached over 100 degree when I run in the circuit.
I think I have to reduce the temp.
So I decided to make the fan switch.
At first, I checked the control signal of the fan by the service manual.
There are two signal for the fan.
One is the fan switch low, the other is the fan switch high.
The service manual says that if the fan work, the signal is low, when the fan doesn't work, the signal is high.
But I could not know how these two signals work.
So I investigated how these two signals work by using the needle.
I pricked the cable with the needle.
And I connected the needle to GND.
When the fan switch low was connected to GND, two fans began to run slowly.
When the fan switch high was connected to GND, a fan began to run fast.
When the fan switch low and high were connected to GND, two fans began to run fast.
So I need to connect the two switches to GND to work the fun fast.

To connect 2 signals to GND by switch, I decided to use the relay circuit.
The circuit diagram is following
The price of relay is about 1000yen. I bought 2 relays, then the cost is about 2000yen.
And price of switch with blue LED is about 1000yen.
I needed pay about 3000yen to make this cooling fun switch.
Next, I made the hole on the switch dummy cover which is beside the starter switch.
I needed to take care when I made the hole.
Because the hole is big against the switch cover.
Next, I wired cable from engine room to the cabin.
This is difficult. Especially, to wire the cable through the grommet is difficult.
But somehow I could do this.
In the near future, I will connect the wired cable to the low and high voltage switches by soldering.
