I still enjoy driving old cars to the office.



I also enjoy driving home!

My office closes for a few days around Christmas, so I will take a few days off.

This year the weather is quite good, so I hope to use the 323 until the new year. Maybe I'll drive somewhere.

But if the weather isn't good, at least I don't need to drive to work...

My hand is so tired from polishing cars this month...

I found this old photo from 2007, it's my car with a few friends. At that time I used the Work Equip wheels on my Charmant, but I changed back to the original wheels in about 2009 and transferred those wheels to the Galant instead.

That FA-series 323 Estate/Familia Van is in much better condition than mine! I have my own FA but it needs a lot of work.

Actually I think this photo may be from 2008! I think my friend got the FA later than 2007.

I got a calendar from a friend for next year, Retro Cars Calendar 2014. A lot of people in the UK use the term "retro" for old cars.

The cars in this calendar are mostly usual British classic cars like the Mini, MGB, Triumph TR6. I like these cars, but I know them very well...

But for December, it's a Laurel C231! Export name Datsun 240L, so the 2.4-litre engine (there was also 200L with 2.0-litre).. A friend has a similar C231, which I had a drive a few years ago. The L-series engine is very smooth and powerful.

Now I only have to wait another year!
