I'm currently writing an article for a car magazine.

Although I'm not a real journalist, I have written a few articles for magazines and newspapers before. It's been a long time since I wrote anything though. It's taking a while to remember how I do it. Luckily I have a lot of time to send the article.

At the moment, I'm just writing down all the data so I can think about how to write it. I really like to make sure all the information is accurate, so I have to do a lot of research! With this model, there's a lot of minor differences between the worldwide specifications. I have to check a lot of old data to be sure I'm correct.

I guess it is old-fashioned to write my notes on paper, but it's easier for me. I prefer to type the article into the computer though.

Nobody can read my bad handwriting, haha!

The weather is very cold today, so I did some research indoors.

You may remember that one of my cars is a Nissan Laurel Taxi. It's a special commercial grade with a (very slow!!) 1.8L LPG engine. I got it a few years ago, but I didn't import it myself. It was built in 1992, but came to the UK in 2000. The last owner didn't know much about it. I know that it says "SARAI" on the side and. I was also able to find it was from Okayama, because the old numberplate was printed on the back of the "occupied/non-occupied" sign and it included the region. Since then, I couldn't find any more details about the company.



But today I tried again and used Google Street View. I found the company is still around. I can even see some of their taxis with the same roof sign! It's amazing!

Maybe I should contact the company. If the old driver comes to the UK, they can drive their old taxi, haha!
