油温センサーの不調の原因は、その後の調査でセンサー側のコネクターの不良だったことが判明してたのでした。

が、交換は作業スペース的に難しいので、だましだまし乗ってたのですが、しばしば油温ワーニングがでてくるのが耐えきれず、重い腰を上げてコネクター交換をすることにしました。
って5か月も我慢するかねぇ > 自分

油温センサー用コネクターだけのために送料払うと割高で悔しいのでw
mtabeさんからお知恵をいただいていたDL1コネクターの汎用化も同時に行おうと思って、他のコネクターも買いこんでみました。
が、左上の写真。

CNタイプとかいう奴を買ったんですが、到着してみると、デカッ。ピン数で選んでサイズ確認してなかった。共立電子で他のコネクターを注文し直しました。orz

気を取り直して、油温センサーのコネクターの交換作業開始。

ジャンプしてボンネットが浮いちゃいましたの図。

というわけではなくて、エンジンルーム上からはコネクターの付け替えは厳しいので、下に潜って交換するために、馬に乗せました。

アンダーパネルのおかげでジャッキアップポイントを取るのが面倒なので、馬乗せするのも面倒でやりたくなかったのですが、サイドから左側、右側とジャッキアップして馬に載せちゃいました。前後でやるとマフラーが当たるか気にしたりしないとだめだったりしますが、左右ならそんなこともなく簡単に行けました。
馬が倒れないか心配でしたが(^^;

外したアンダーパネル。
パネルは4分割構成。下からエアーを入れるようになってるのも初めて知りました(^^;

めちゃくちゃたくさんのボルトやらクリップやらで止まってます。30個くらいはあったかなぁ。ちょっと多すぎじゃね？
砂や小石を噛んだクリップはずのは、結構シンドイし…。

肝心のコネクターの交換の写真はナシw

無事、交換できて直ったはず。遊びもなくしっかり接続されてるので問題解決だとは思っているのですが、動作確認は、共立電子のコネクター到着待ちにより DL1 本体を撤去中で、確認できず。(^^;

本家で 7056 リリースです。

bug fix というより、新機能追加のためのバージョンアップみたいです。
ということは、7054 は安定してたのかな？

本家で 7054 が出ました。

というか、7052は取り下げされられていたみたいです。

ビデオ周りに緊急バグフィックスが入ったみたいです。

様子見しておいて正解だったようです(笑)

さて、もう少し様子見かな。(笑^2)

アップデートされました。

といっても、Analysis の方ではなくて、DL1 Mk2のファームウェアのアップデートの方でした。

DL1 MK2 customer reflash V37 100310 となってます。

去年の6月30日の V28 以降の変更を抜粋。

V30とかV33の修正で、の問題が直るといいのですが、関係ないかなぁー。

油圧下限値でログのスタート/ストップをしてると、ログが細切れになる問題も、V32とかで直るといいのですが、多分関係ないだろうなぁ。

次回走行時(未定)までに気が向けば firmware update してみよっと。

本家で 7052 が出ました。

と結構変更点が多いようです。あいかわらず、VIDEO中心な気もしますけど。

様子見するか、新しいのに飛びつくかはあなた次第です(笑)

これだけの変更なので新たなバグも作ってそう。近いうちに bug fix update がある気はします…(爆)

補足。

少し前ですが、「DL1 MK2 customer reflash V36 100303」という名で、DL1 Mk2 用 firmwareも更新されています。名前からして特定顧客向けっぽいので、不具合が出てこなければ一般 firmware としてアップデートがあるのではないかと思ってます。

Mk1やDL2などはチェックしてないのでご自分でよろしくです。(^^;
