私の投稿動画がプライバシー侵害で申し立てられました。

私が昨年12月にホンダ・グレイスを試乗させて頂きまして、ホンダカーズさんには大変お世話になりました。
試乗中に動画を投稿していたのですが…



YouTubeさんより、「この動画は"プライパシー侵害"で申し立てを受けた」とのことでメールを頂きました。

Because they can be turned off at any time, annotations are also not considered an acceptable solution.

まず、「常時音声が入っている」という点に関してですが、常時音声が入っていることが何故プライバシー侵害に繋がるのかということに関して理解し兼ねます。

また、YouTubeさんのプライバシーガイドラインに目を通した所、
「コンテンツを削除の検討対象とするには、画像、音声、氏名、政府発行の個人識別番号、銀行の口座番号、または連絡先情報（自宅の住所、メール アドレスなど）によって個人を一意に特定できなければなりません。」と書かれていたわけですが、
動画内に個人を一意に特定できる内容は存在しないかと思われます。



私自身の言い分としては、動画を削除する気はありませんし、削除する必要もないと考えておりますので、このまま保留で行こうと思います(確認作業はYouTube様の運営チームの方々にお任せ致します)。

動画内の音声について、どの様にプライバシー侵害をされていたのか(またはどの様に不利益を被るのか)、私には判断し兼ねます。

何もすることが出来ないので困ったものです。
