MR.FIX コーティング剤を徹底分析・・・

結局商品名は大文字小文字どちらか不明。
この溶剤は中国製ですね。

効果は12ヶ月と効果型にしては最短ではないかな？~~（安いから仕方ないと割り切れば問題ない）~~

説明書の背景の水玉写真を見る限りふつうの撥水性能にしか見えない（超疎水とはかけ離れているが？）

（耐熱性が680℃まで）→よくあることですがその温度では塗装が溶けてます

Anti-Graffiti→マジック？ペンキ？シンナー耐性？

付属スポンジや不繊紙は100均クオリティ。

（安いから仕方ないと割り切るべし）

瓶が黒いのには理由があるとみて塗装を落としました

（特に問題もなく化学薬品を入れる茶色い瓶でした）

レジンなのでUVで反応するため遮光のために黒い容器なのかもしれない。

以下長い説明書を私が簡単に翻訳解説しました。

（興味がある方はどうぞ、長いです）

正直このコーティングはおススメできませんが、安いのでやってみたい方はどうぞ。

完全自己責任です。

下手くそが硬化型を使用すると痛い目に遭いますので気をつけてください。

説明書内容(スペース抜け誤字多数）

1、Pre-treatment（下処理）

Carry out vehicle condition inspection,car washing,remove stubborn stains,including tires,wheel clean,body gap between the dirt removal,iron bruising removal,glass cleaning.Car wash after the car,the polished parts of the surrounding vulnerable to cover the part of the protection.The paint surface for grinding and polishing to remove the paint layer of the deterioration and scratches the paint finish.

車の状態の検査、車の洗浄、タイヤを含む頑固な汚れを除去する、ホイールを洗浄、汚れ除去、鉄粉の除去、ガラスの洗浄、ボディ間の隙間の洗浄。車の洗浄が終われば、磨かない箇所は保護しておく（マスキング）。塗装面の研削と研磨のために、塗装層の劣化部分や傷ついた部分を取り除きます。

要は細部洗浄とクリア層の調整研磨で下地処理をしなさいと言うこと

Note（注意点）

1,This product and water and oxygen hardening reaction,the higher the temperature and humidity the faster the reaction,the lower the temperature and humidity reaction slower,according ti the actual construction environment,the appropriate temperature adjustment of drying time.

1、この製品は水と酸素に硬化反応します、温度と湿度が高いほど反応が速く、温度と湿度が低いと遅い。実際の施工環境によって適切な乾燥時間の調整をしてください。

2,Do not place for a long time,so as not to harden the plating liquid crystal paint in the surface,increasing the difficulty of late construction.

2、溶剤が硬化しないように長時間置いておかないでください。

3,In the wiping process,do not force too much ,so as not to scratch the paint.

3、拭き取り工程では、塗装面を傷つけないように、力を加えすぎないでください。

4,Do not over-wipe,so as not to wipe the plating crystal,affecting the latter part of the effect.

4、拭きすぎると溶剤もとれてしまうので、コーティング部分を拭き取らないようにしてください。効果に影響を与えます。

5,To ensure that the use of towels in a wet state,if too dry,then increase the construction difficulties,if too much water,the impact of late gloss and effect.

5、拭き取るクロスが乾燥していると拭き取り工程が困難です。クロスに水気が多すぎると光沢に影響が出ます。

2、Plating crystal construction process(ガラスコーティング工程）

2-1 Apply the plating solution（溶剤を塗布する）

Spray the appropriate amount of water onto the car body with a mist sprayer before drying.Spray about 4-5 drops onto a special sponge.Apply in a crisscross patten to a depth of about 40cm*40cm.Follow-up process,each time only 1-2 arpps of palpating liquid on the sponge can be,according to a certain order evenly apply the whole car.

適量の水を乾燥しないようスプレーで車体に散布します。スポンジに水を約4〜5滴をつけます。だいたい縦横40cm * 40cmの範囲に十字形に塗布します。特定の順序に従って、スポンジに溶剤を1、2滴付け車全体に均等に塗布することができます。

ボディを適度に濡らした状態での塗布作業をするということ

Note（注意点）

1,Completely degreased to promote post-plating crystal is well attached to the paint surface,to ensure the effect of plating and maintain the time. Degreaser after use,please fully foam and residual cleaning agent ingredients washed clean.Otherwise it will affect the effect of water after plating crystal.

1、コーティング後の硬化を促進するために、塗装表面に溶剤がしっかり定着させるよう完全に脱脂。

使用後は脱脂剤を十分に泡立て、残りの洗浄剤成分はきれいに洗ってください。過剰なものはコーティング後の効果に影響します。

2,The degreasing agent a prayed on the microfiber cloth,do not spray directly on the paint.

2、脱脂剤は、ペイントに直接スプレーしないでマイクロファイバークロスにスプレーしてください。

3,Rinse after cleaning should be promptly,do not let degreaser drying in the need to clean the site.

3、洗浄後のすすぎは速やかに行う必要があります。脱脂剤は塗装面をきれいにする必要性で乾燥させてはいけません。

4,First in the inconspicuous parts of the trial to confirm no problems after the construction of the vehicle.

4、目立たない部分で試してみて、問題ないことを確認してください。

2-2 Wipe the plating solution(コーティング剤の拭き取り）

From the beginning of smearing time,about 5 minutes after the summer,about 5-10 minutes after the winter,the first use of wet microfaiber towel(the microfiber towel immersed in water,and then forced to dry until dripping water) Site do not wipe too much force,as shown in figure 2,the first circle,and then in figure 3,in accordance with the direction of water flow straight line.

コーティング剤を塗り始めて、夏場は約5分後に、冬場は約5-10分後に、

湿ったマイクロファイバータオルを使って強い力を入れずに拭きあげる。（マイクロファイバータオルを水に浸してよく絞る）

図2に示すように最初の円を描くように拭き取り、→図がないけど？

次に図3のように水の流れの直線の方向に応じて拭き取る。→図がないけど？

2-3Uniformly extended plating solution(コーテイング剤を均一に塗り伸ばす）

After the wet wiping of the plating solution,immediately use dry microfiber towel,as shown in figure 3 ,gently residual paint in the water and plating liquid spread evenly until the luster is good.Extension,first draw circle extension,the last straight line in accordance with the direction of water flow extension.

コーティング液の湿式拭き取り後、

すぐに乾燥マイクロファイバータオルを使用し、図3に示すように拭き取ります。

軽く残っている塗料は水とコーティング液が均一に広がり、光沢が良く伸びます。

Note（注意点）

1,Keep the remaining 10% of the plating liquid uniformly spread without wiping marks,good gloss.

1、めっき液の残りの10％を拭き跡がないように均一に塗り広げると、良い光沢になります。

2,Construction unskilled,please piece bey piece construction,not a one-time smear

2、腕に自信のない方は各ブロックごとに施工してください。

3,The complex shape of the site difficult to wipe,please pay special attention.

3、複雑な形状は、拭くのは難しいので特に注意を払ってください

4,When wiping,please pay attention to the edge of adjacent plates,so as to avoid the measure are not complete.

4、拭き取りする際、隣接するプレートの角に注意してください。？？

5,Construction,each plate immediately after the inspection.

5、施工が終わったらすぐに各塗布箇所の確認を行ってください。

2-4 Final status confirmation(最終確認）

Use a mobile camera to check for wiping residue from all angles.If you find any residue,immediately use a dry,ultra-fine fiber towel.If it is difficult to wipe,please use a wet towel to wipe,and then dry the ultra-fine fiber towel thoroughly clean wipe.After final confirmation of delivery in good condition,please give details of the precautions.

カメラを使用して、すべての角度から拭き残しを確認してください。

残留物が見つかった場合は、すぐに乾燥した極細繊維タオルで拭き取ってください。

拭き取りが困難な場合は、濡れたタオルで拭いてください。

超極細繊維タオルで完全にきれいに拭き取ってください。

状態が良好であることを最終的に確認。

Note（注意点）

1,When final confirmation is complete,it is recommended to move the car outdoors and confirm again in the sun.

1、最終確認が完了したら、車を屋外に移動させ、太陽の下で再確認してください。

2,Be sure to ensure that there is no residue,the residue once cured,you need to be polished to be disposed of.

2、拭き残しがないことを確認します。一度硬化した拭き残しは、取り除くには研磨する必要があります。

3,If you want to improve product performance,according to the use of the paint on the secondary work.

3、製品のパフォーマンスを向上させたい場合は、必要に応じて2度塗りをしてください。

4,After the construction of this product,the summer outdoor direct sunlight for 2 hours can be fully hardened,do not remain in the paint on the water,and do not touch the paint by hand.If accidentally stained with rainwater,rinse with low-pressure water.Dry with a towel.

4、この製品の施工後、2時間の夏の屋外直射日光は完全に硬化することができますが、

手で塗料に触れないでください。偶然、雨水で汚れた場合は、低圧水ですすいで乾いたタオルで拭いてください。

Note（注意点）

The coating will reach maximum hardness after three days,and do not clean the car within three days.

コーティングは3日後に完全硬化し、3日以内は車を清掃できせん。

Precautions for daily maintenance（日常のメンテナンスの注意点）

After the crystal coating construction,reasonable use habits and regular maintenance,you can make the crystal effect lasting effect.If a long time on the car Without management,can also cause dirt fixed,so please regularly car wash.

コーティング硬化後、定期的なメンテナンスを続けることでクリスタル効果を持続させることができます。

定期的に洗車をしていれば、長期間にわたって汚れを付着させることがなくメンテナンスが楽です

1,When washing the car,please try to use a soft towel.Do not use strong towels.Otherwise the paint will leave scraches.

1、車を洗うとき、柔らかいタオルを使用してください。硬いタオルは使用しないでください。

そうしないと、コーティングに擦り傷を付けてしまいます。

2,Do not apply excessive water pressure to the same area when washing.Recommended constant pressure water washing.

2、洗車するときは同じ箇所に過度の水圧をかけないでください。一定の圧力の洗車を推奨します。？？

3,Please use a neutral car wash liquid or special car wash liquid crystal car wash.

3、中性洗剤または特別な洗剤で洗車をしてください。
