Whom do we believe in?

It is said that vaccination will be promoted so that the public's understanding can be obtained through government public relations.
The government is in a high position and looks down on the people and they regard that the people are stupid.
It is the government that does not understand Science, not us the people.
Or is the government trying to deceive the people after knowing everything?
If so, who controls our Government?
