The Core of the problem?

United Nations Society Councils hold meeting as Russia's invasion of Ukraine countries tell only the resultant miserable situation and desire for cease firing but no argument the fundamental problem existing between them at all. Just wasting time and energy.
No one tries to touch the historically deep-seated issues at all, so they are all pretending as if they participated in the problem.
It's just an audience watching on some interesting soccer game.
Some of them including Japan supply logistics and armament to the weaker side from the outside. It is nothing but the way to make the game more interesting, producing miserable victims.
No argument should be waited that any meeting is meaningless if the fundamentally underlying issues are not discussed.
Why are you afraid of freedom to peel out "the Core of the problem"?
