Konica Auto S16 old camera

Old silver salt film period camera, "Konica auto S16" was obtained in Yahoo Auction at 30 yen only, so successfully entrusting my wishes.
Though the seller showed stuck and dirty clouded lens filter in the pic, I hoped the lens condition must not be in bad condition, and I found it fascinating after removing clogged filter.
Hexanon 45mm/f1.6, 5 groups-7 elements lens has enough physical performances even on digital full flame sensor, it's unbelievable if it had been produced over 50 years ago.
I had modified 2 pieces of this marvelous lens already, S16 original iris adjustment and rotating helicoid is utilized and allows 280mm close-up shooting as a matter of fact.
No click stop iris ring rotating construction makes it relatively easy to Bokeh control. Avoiding falling down of lens element from the rotating helicoid case, some mechanical stopper must be formed inside of the lens case, 1.70mm screw and locking nat will be available.
The pics obtained by this lens will prove that the performance will not be second to none of recently designed standard focus length competitors.
