I'm going to have medical operation on my eye tomorrow because of tinting in the crystal tissue. Most of the cases are successfully done, so I'm heard, but I'm so threatened! I've never invaded by any artificial surgical operation except impacted third molar extractions. Remembering the saying by my aunt who went away tens year ago, "Any surgical operation whatever reason it might be is no good for sound body condition.".

As for myself, I'll accept any result if it the worst. It must be my own destiny. To tell the truth, I was introduced the practitioner by my intimate friend, who had been the representative of the optical division of a famous big hospital. Consequently, the eye doctor is well trained and skillful person.

Anyway, I will go to bed earlier than usual taking hypertensive drug and dropping antibiotics eye medicine.

I happen to obtain two historical heritage, one is Leica M3 and another Nikon F2, both of them are vessels that reigned supreme during the golden age of silver halide film.
To tell the trueth, they had been desreted few years ago when I determined to change from analog to digital. It's true that I have been feeling some sadness on them.
It is the most unlikely that I would invite silver sal film from now, but the lenses for them could be utilized again on digital format and taste of them in good days could be done even now.
If asked which is the definer lens or digital sensor on the picture quqlity, I would like to reply "Lens" without hesitation. Lens design with some aberration has much to do with the quality of work.
Consequently, tasting the old lens's capability is one of the indispensable purpose to enjoy my hobby life.

It's getting warmer and warmer these days and cherry blossoms have started to bloom everywhere in Kansai area.

Those in my garden are not exception. So, I do not have any necessity to go about a specific famous places for cherry trees, but problem is nothing but the background in the picture. The value of the work is defined mainly by the background. But for visiting the flower and tree spot, we cannot shoot there with good back scenery. Without making journey, no difference is desirable, however hard we might feel to go out because of age, we should make a step. This is said to myself.

Very individual opinion is allowed here, some old lenses has specific capability to resolve with atmospheric surrounding especially when utilized on old objects. This is why I often employ Leica or Leitz lenses produced half a century ago. My description doesn't always mean that old one is superior to newly computer designed sophisticated recent expensive ones for digital format. As for my selfish opinion, excellent datum on the correction of aberrations are not superior to Triplet in atmospheric resolution. Piled many glass layer for correction might do halm on the air condition how much correction might be desired. Consequently, my curiosity never turn to a newer heavy zoom lens at all. However smart it might be on the correction of errors, the performance never makes me turn on them. Also, Hi-zooming ratio cannot be an attractive factor. The higher the ratio of zooming, the less quality of the transparency becomes.
The equipment has nothing to do with me geriatric, if it's weight exceeds 1 kg, camera body or lens cylinder.
The weight of camera bag should be below 1.3 kg if they accompany with me.

10 years old GOLF 7 GTI is living with me in good spirit, no problem, very little operations on the Engine mount and transaxle mount were performed the other day.
On the other hand, 50 years old and mischievous Quiff, Super Beetle 1302S stands on the opposite side with me in between.

Steering idler arm hinge axis rod looseness and wear are suspicious---wear of plastic insert? Deeper investigation with disassembling on the point would be done in addition seeking the most adequate 20 degree rotation by adjusting front total toe value. Not a few muscle works are waiting---she does not permit me free. She never assists me with any sophisticated mechanism such as power steering, power window, vacuum brake assist and pre-mentioned air-conditioning at all.
