Results

Computer management system introduced to us proved how perfunctory response has been done to us by employed chief accounting, he will be expired today. Long lasted relation has resulted in hefty losses by him. He must compensate that, possible? Any emotional compromise cannot be allowed because the Arabic number shows the truth and the fact. I have realized again that any professionals cannot be relied upon blindly. I myself must watch to find out any errors and deceptions all the time, because nobody is reliable, sometimes am I not?
The time is come to stop ignoring some important matters to be processed pretending that I don't know. Pay attentions to details responding anything that have something to do with myself. I have been realizing the same tendency for these ten years advocate in automobile maintenance by myself. Shall I do all the thing around me by myself if I desire to satisfy myself with contentment?

Change & Purge

The differential gear box side oil seal rubber parts would be replaced because of oil leak would be performed today, by myself on NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz. Loosening of knuckle ball joint and steering tie rod end ball joint and removing brake caliper are the tiresome tasks on the way. I have to take the best care not to invite any wheel alignment practice after that, this is why I had planned the method today, just separation on ball joint portion would not require any further adjustment.
On the other hand, camber and toe should be readjusted and the procedures are indispensable if the constructive strut bolts were loosened and removed. I just imagine that stabilizer bush mounting bracket might be removed instead of link construction disassembling, the procedure should be much easier than usual. Sweating works are waiting for me this before noon.

Introduction of digital customer management system for our laboratory is somehow not a little tide to affect our business itself. Implantation of basic datum is not completed yet, let's make haste, because the system should be in full action on the beginning of next month.
To my surprise, neglect of the former accounting personnel has been cleared with tremendous losses beyond the point of no return.

Maintenance for NCP10

C shape locking circlip must be released to remove drive shaft from differential gear box in NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz, left side connection is difficult because main bar frame exist on necessary position for hitting with hummer. Some special tool is required to hold undercut on DIJ inner portion. Or fulcrum lever action with an adequate tool might be invited for the purpose? Anyway genuine oil seal parts have arrived, replacement of them would be done very soon.
Newest VW Polo drove I few days ago, 1200cc model with Blue Motion system might be a sensational improvement for VW recently. But, no motivation was occurred by that model for replacement if I compare with my NCP10 Vitz.

Anti-Japanese sentiment revealed to be so deep-rooted as to continue for relatively long interval, are they just seeking the brunt of the domestic discontent, the preservation of the regime should not go to distorted direction like a Middle East country, everywhere the same that afraid of overthrowing of the regime. The tide has settled calm in every direction of our country and all the neighbors are true friend like a true brother and sister each other, so please do not get into troubled waters. We have no any reason each other for the Next War?

Quick distribution

Quick distributionDifferential output oil seals in NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz were ordered to a private parts distributor yesterday at noon, as for my surprise, they arrived in the evening, whether the stock supply time are all noticed previously on Web site. Probably, parts supply network of domestic automobile manufacturers must have been developed enough to refines. Disassembling of knuckles on both side would be required to remove drive shaft from differential gear box. Do I do this by myself or ask to the professional factory?

Consideration

Unexpected result was obtained yesterday while measuring on click-clack noise from the right side drive shaft joint, DIJ, of NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz, just exchanging replacement of frontal tires on R/L eliminated the nervous noise thoroughly after all. The noise making portion is not always the direct reason for that, the noise was only the result as an indirect influences from any physical and geometric reason? Deeper consideration on the strange phenomena led me to some hypothesis that there have to be any tangential distortion on tire tread may be caused by the wheel it self or adaptation of tire on wheel, distorted tread causes lateral force when rotated, lower arm is forced to move axially and laterally, drive shaft inner part is forced to move inside and outside also axially, then the needle roller bearing is shaken with push-pull movement with causing click-clack strange noise.
As the replaced frontal tire tread changes physical property because of different rotational direction has changed the noise has disappeared, but the effective interval might not be long and the inconvenience would come out on the left side next time?
