After Typhoon #12

As situated my house is nearby OSAKA Itami Airport, landing Jet air crafts pass so often on mine, it is unusual condition, probably Typhoon #12 must have distorted the wind direction now.
Basically, I don't prefer the jet turbine high frequency noise to reciprocal engine's one. Jet noise repeating periodically just above my head makes me nervous a bit.

I must have caught cold these days because I often cough with emptying of sputum, I might have bronchitis, but no fever. I took some antibiotics since the day before yesterday.
Bad body condition like now decreases my work efficiency at all.

My writing work proceeds so gradually, but moving forward.
Q & A style description clarifies the meaning, it is hard to evoke my old memories piled in deep inside. Several new finding were recommended on the way those had not been recognized, change of standing point of view might be the reason.

25 class stunt model on the way

25 class stunt model on the wayThe main wing of 25 class stunt for competition was completed as frame works and the horizontal stabilizer and vertical one were fabricated this morning, the areas are same as those of TETRA 20 4C, the airfoil is 18% symmetric. As I made effort to reduce the weight as less as possible, the weight was limited to 110 gr for main wing, 22 gr for H stabilizer and 10 gr for V stabilizer.
The designing of it's fuselage is not decided yet even now, probably the saggital view would be US Candy with tear drop style canopy.
Motor is OS 25 LA, not a normal model but the main schnurle port was dug on the cylinder surface and case portion, all the finger works was done by myself. The performance is remarkable as if it should be mistaken as 25 AX for pylon racing. In addition, YS fuel pressurized regulating system is invited as usual. But for this YS regulator it is difficult to keep the motor rotation in stable condition especially in up rising phase.
I'm looking forward to see it's maneuver capability ASAP.
I'm sure to aim at the top, it would not be an easy task to exceed the 60 class pure stunt models by means of the minimum size airplane powered by small 25 class motor.
Let's see what will happen in the competition scenery in future.

Commercial Drone & New runway

Commercial Drone & New runwayI happen to come across with the scenery, the commercial drone flying controlled by a professional nearby my neighborhood. Flat ground was scaled by the sophisticated method once relatively old apartment building was there now flat ground by destruction for about 3 weeks. The machinery he brought was constructed with 6 of 600 KV brush less motors and 6 cells promptly. The camera is fully controlled by the stepping motors 3 dimensionally, Gyro and GPS, the flight was very stable figure under 2 to 3 mm wind blowing. The pilot was historically trained person. An accident happened immediately after taking off, a cicadas was involved into one of the rotor and it was cut by the rotating blade in pieces in a moment, actually, the noise of rotating blades changed after the affair, became noisy with some saturating noise. But, the work was continued without countermeasure, nothing special was happened except some unusual blade rotating noise. Blade crack in one of them or the discrepancy in pitch controlling mechanical construction. Fundamentally, their professional and commercial field is different from our model airplane. I studied much this morning about the state of the art in the commercial drone technology.

Last night some officer of Kansai Model club Association called me up, asking me to participate in the meeting for the improvement of the runway in a new place at Fukuchiyama City situating along with Yura river. As my way is never to say no if I'm asked, I agreed with his proposal immediately. Most of the runways in Kansai area are inhibited because of danger. Once an argument with the neighborhood residence might happen, the Authority inhibits to use the river bed as a model airplane runway. The opinion by the residence is the first. So, we must bear in our mind that no argument or struggling must not be happened with neighborhood in future, otherwise the historically miserable result is waiting as before. I myself do not want to fly my model airplane with eager because I have an experience to have flown everyday for several years, I have done it too much and enough.
I just want to contribute myself to prepare some flying place for the others in the same hobby field. My happiness is consisted in contributing to the group.

Threatening high temperature

Because of Western Pacific High Pressure sitting on Japan mainland consistently, threatening high temperature days are recorded, this phenomenon is very unusual even if we refer to Meteorological observation history. Not a few victims by heat strike, mainly geriatric, are reported this morning. Most of the sufferers are not using some air conditioning system.
Though it is inconvenient to change my daily style to go my working room, I hesitate to go outside these days resulting lack of body exercises. NHK Radio Gymnastic Exercise program at 6:30 is indispensable for me. The organizer of the program is now running about all over Japan land everyday.
The season to be held Tenjin Festival at Osaka is the hottest moment every year, so I'm waiting for that moment enduring sweating condition.
As proverb says, The darkest time is that of before dawn.

As for my writing work lasting for few months, the composition, changing into no objectionable phrase and possible to be accepted to anyone, fundamental reconstruction is now undergoing.
Any adverse effect should be avoided if my writing is exposed to the eyes of general public, recent information by my friend warned about the danger.
A capability to appeal about the problem prevailing in general practitioners, I dare choose the more moderate way to express my opinion.
Photograph and Illustration are much burdened in my book in stead of difficult theories and logic.
Remembering the passed, several rudder control steering to more acceptable direction for anyone has been done in my writing task, I do accept it as is a necessary adjustment in our field.

JAN VT48 PP Amp Hum noise

JAN VT48 PP Amp Hum noiseJAN VT48 PP tube low frequency amplifier has some problem to make hum noise on the right channel. Replacement of the tubes proved that the inconvenience is not brought by the tubes but done by some hardware on the right side. Probably, the cause of the noise must be produced by resistor, capacitor or lack of circuit impedance, such as poor soldering method.
The scenery from the bottom shows complicated wiring, but my secret device, oscilloscope will reveal the reason without hard task. Electrolytic capacitor might be the reason, because it is respectable with aging for over 20 years.
12AX7 as an initial stage is relatively easy to obtain, but US Sylvania JAN 48 might be difficult as NIB condition produced over 70 years ago.
Anyway, I'll seek in the Web sites looking for the alternatives in the worsts case.
