■ 車体のシミについて

お客様からの質問 :
先日、ショッピングセンターの屋上に駐車中雨が降り、翌日雨じみが気になり洗車しました。
ところがそのシミが取れず非常に困っています。ガラスに付いたシミも取れず視界が利かないので、応急で台所で使うくすみ取りスポンジで、完全ではありませんが何とかという状況です。
駐車上近くには工場があり、そこから排煙されている煙が雨に混じって降ったのではないかと推測しています。当日風も強かったこともあり・・・。

そういうものでも『水垢クリン』でこのシミを落とせるのでしょうか？

回答 :
まずはじめにボディーのシミの改善方法についてご案内いたします。
軽度なものであれば、『水垢クリン』でも改善可能です。しかし、ある程度進んだシミの場合には、、『スクラッチカット』での研磨が必要となる可能性も考えられます。
お試しいただく順番としては、まずは水垢クリンで施工していただき、改善されないようであれば、スクラッチカットで施工していただければと思います。

次にガラスのシミについてお答えします。
軽度なシミであれば、『油膜クリン』で除去可能です。万一、油膜クリンで改善しない場合には、『グラスポリッシュ』での研磨が必要となります。

■ About stain of the car body

Question from customer :
I parked my car at a shopping mall on a rainy day and the next day I noticed scales of dried out rain, so I washed my car. I could not get the scales off completely probably because of smokes from a nearby factory was mixed in the rain and with strong winds blowing. I can not get the scales off the windshields so the view is not perfect. I tried removing the scales by using a kitchen sponge, but did not completely work. Would SCALE CLEAN get rid of these stubborn stains?
Answer :
First about the scales on the body. Light ones can be removed by SCALE CLEAN. However, tough ones may need polishing with SCRATCH CUT. First, try SCALE CLEAN and if it does not improve, then use SCRATCH CUT.
Next about the scales on windshield. Light ones can be removed by OILY FILM CLEAN. If it does not improve, then polish with GLASS POLISH.

以前より貴社ファインクリスタルを愛用していました。
新車を購入したので今回はクリスタルグロウ 5年耐久型を初めて購入し施工しました。
自分の予定と天候の都合で納車後4週間目での施工です。






新車なので下地処理はせず、ボディークリンでシャンプー洗車のみで施工しようとすると助手席側リアドアにキズが・・・子供が乗り降りするときに何かを擦ったものと思われます。
ウキウキ気分が一気にトーンダウンしましたが、気を取り直してクリスタルグロウの施工を開始。
取説通りに数10センチ四方程度のブロックに分け、塗っては拭き取りの繰り返し。(ドア１枚を6回程度に分けて施工しました。)

約3時間程度かけて施工が終えてキズがあった部分を確認すると、なんとキズが殆ど目立たなくなってるじゃないですか！キズ消し効果は期待してなかっただけにテンションＭＡＸになりました。(特にコンパウンドとかの事前処理はせず、単にクリスタルグロウを施工しただけです。)
仕上りはルーフ施工時、ビンを未施工部には置けたのに施工部分では滑ってしまう位ツルツルに。
光沢は新車の為か一瞬それ程変わらないように思えましたが、キズの写真を確認すると施工前はぼやけていた写り込んだ車両のナンバーが施工後は読み取れる位ハッキリ写ってたのにビックリ。

今後はファインクリスタルでメンテナンスしながら、長く乗り続けて行きたいと思います。

I have been using FINE CRYSTAL from before. Upon purchasing my new car, I also tried the CRYSTAL GLOW 5-Year Coating for the first time.
　
It was four weeks after delivery. Since it was a new car, I started washing with BODY CLEAN without pre-treatment, I found a scratch on the rear door, probably caused by my kids. The high spirit of washing my brand new car suddenly fell, but I started applying CRYSTAL GLOW anyway. I applied and wiped in blocks of approx. 10cm according to the manual. After completing in about 3 hours, and looking at the area where the scratch was, I found that the scratch almost disappeared totally! As I was not expecting much of a scratch removal effect, my spirits went over the top again. (Like I mentioned, no pre-treatment, only CRYSTAL GLOW.)
　
The finish was so slick that if the CRYSTAL GLOW bottle was placed on the applied area, it would slip. At first, I thought the shine didn't seem to make much difference maybe since the car was new, but after looking at the picture I took of the scratched area before application, I was able to clearly see the difference in the shine. I would love to ride my new car for a long time by maintaining with FINE CRYSTAL.
