[質問]
フロントガラスの表側に浅いキズが入っているのですが、取り除くのに何かよい方法はありませんか？簡単にキズがなくなるよい方法があれば教えてください。
[回答]
ガラス面のキズを改善させるためには、『グラスポリッシュ』での磨き作業が唯一の方法となります。ガラスは、塗装などと異なり非常に硬いため、簡単にはキズを除去することは出来ません。また、ガラス面のキズは深くても浅く見えるケースも多々あります。ただし、改善には唯一の方法であることは間違いありませんので、是非！お試しいただければと思います。

Q.
There is a slight scratch on the front windshield. Is there any good way of removing it? If there is an easy way, please advise.
A.
In order to improve the condition of your front winshield, polishing by Glass Polish would probably be the only way. Glass is very hard compared to paint surface, so it is not so easy to remove scratches and even if scratches look light, it could actually be a pretty deep one. However, please try as it is the only way to possibly improve your situation.

『エンジンワックス』はエンジンルーム以外のプラスチック・ゴム類へも使用可能です。ただし、自動車のエンジンルーム用に開発された溶剤のため、基本的に風雨にさらされることを想定しておりません。屋外保管されているオートバイへも、施工は可能ですが、耐久性などを考えた場合、タイヤコート剤『タイヤクリスタル』の使用をお勧めします。

Can Engine Wax be used for other plastic or rubber parts, or is it just for engine room purpose? What about to motorcycles?
A.
Thank you for your interest in Engine Wax. It can be used for other plastic or rubber parts, however, since it is a product developed for the engine room use, it hasn’t been considered to be left under rain and winds. Also, it can be applied to motorcycles, but for durability, Tire Crystal may be more fit to sustain under such conditions.

他社製コーティング車に『ワックスオフ』は使用出来ますか？
コーティングに影響ありますか？
[回答]
問題ないと思います。『ワックスオフ』はワックス分だけを除去する溶剤です。 特に長期間持続のコーティングについては、悪影響を及ぼすことはないと思っております。
ただし、現在販売や施工されている全てのコート剤との相性テストを行うことは事実上不可能です。経験値でのお答えとなりますので、この点のみご了承ください。

Q.
Can Wax Off be used on other brand coated cars? Would it have any unusual effect to the coating?
A.
Thank you for your interest in Wax Off. There should be no problem. Wax Off just removes the wax part, so it should not affect long term coating. However, please be reminded and understand that it is almost impossible to conduct a test for compatibility, therefore, the advice is made based on our past experience.
