昨夜、クルマ仲間・お友達のマ～ちゃんを訪ねてみました。

マ～ちゃんは、自分仕様のオリジナルＦＤを現在鋭意仕上げ中なのですが、夏の走行会にも微妙なところで完成が間に合わず、１０月中旬の走行会には晴れて参加したものの、オイル漏れで途中リタイヤになるなど、鋭意仕上げ中というよりも万年作業中（笑）といった方がピッタリで、そのうえ本人もそう言われるとなお喜んでいるようなちょっとＭなところがあります。

でも、後付スポーツメーターの燃料計の残量設定を真剣に行っていたり、溶接作業でインタークラーの配管を自作していたり、訪ねるたびに真剣な作業をしているので、思わず気になってフラッと様子を見に行ってしまうのです。

次回のイベントは１１月中旬の仲間内でのサーキット走行があるので、それに向けて今回も鋭意仕上げ中だと思ったのですが、やはり、お約束とでも言わんばかりにエンジンが降ろされて、作業台に固定されて、ひっくり返されてオイルパンを剥がそうとしています。

なんでもそろっているガレージなのに、スクレーパーが見つからず、ラパンの道具箱から都合したりと、楽しみながら取り外し作業の結果、オイル漏れの原因は、ブロックとオイルパンにはさんだバッフルプレートのシーリング材の硬化不足による、取り付けボルト周辺からの微細なリークでした。

ということで、マ～ちゃんはこれまでもちょっとＭだとおもってましたが、かなりのＭだったということが昨夜の訪問で判明、確定したのです。
