I was invited to a home of my colleague. From 2 p.m to 7 p.m, We continued barbecue while drinking, eating and playing with his powerful children. Hot day but good day.

Followings are my impressions for some books I read recently.

○世界で勝負する仕事術（幻冬舎）
The title makes us imagine that this is about like how to improve your efficiency, how to build good relationships or how to deal with some business tools. But this book isn't so called how-to book. I don't think the title suit its contents. You can see the life of an engineer dedicated to a semi conductor development. My work situation doesn't change so rapidly, it's like another world and his choice in a big life-altering point was very impressive. Here some words which I was inspired.
- Leap before you look.
- Thinking during running
- Can you think of your work for 24 hours.

The author entered to Toshiba, went abroad to get MBA, and Tokyo university. His career shows us the end of the era which an employee work for one company for our entire career. Thinking both of employees and employers are changing.

If you say see how it's going, the chance disappears and you will be afraid of jumping. So, leap before you look. Of course it could be damaged but you can learn something important from the fault and the biggest risk is just waiting and doing nothing.

I tried to write about 4 books but the time comes.
