2日目は、富士吉田から諏訪湖の北にある岡谷市というところまで行った。朝は曇って寒いくらいだったが、すぐに日が出て痛いくらいの日差しになった。甲府から20号は日陰も少なく、道の駅で安倍首相も選挙の時に食べたというアイスクリームを食べ、ジュースをがぶ飲みして気持ち悪くなった。しかし、135 kmくらいで大きな山もないので15:00頃？には諏訪湖についてしまったと思う。少し時間が早かったので、諏訪大社の上社と下社に行ったが、これもすぐ終わってしまった。

日本の観光地はつまらない。一概に言えないが、「知らない」と楽しめない施設が多いように思う。「知っていれば」楽しめるだろうし、自分で勉強してくるべきだという意見もわからなくはないが、、、。

デービット・アトキンソンの国宝消滅という本を読んだが、「冷凍保存」から生きた観光産業とするのには全面的に賛成である。観光以外にもボトルネックとなっている制度に利権が絡み合意形成が容易ではない現状を見ると嘆きたくもなるが、逆にとればポテンシャルは大きいとも取れる。実際、観光産業は世界のGDPの9 %を占める第4の基幹産業であるらしいが、日本ではGDPの3 %であるらしい。世界平均にするだけで3倍になる。諏訪大佐よりも岡谷太鼓祭りの方が面白かった。

On the second day, I cycled from Fuji Yoshida to Okaya city in north of Lake Suwa. It was cloudy and chilly in the morning but soon sunlight appeared and became extremely strong. With the few of the leafy shade along with the route 20, I took the ice-cream Prime minister Abe also ate when the last election and too much cold drink made me feel bad. There was, however, no high passes on the 135 km long, I got to Suwa city around 15:00. I visited Kamisha and Shimosha of Suwa shrine but it didn't take time.

Japanese tourists spot is boring. It can't be said for all, It seems to me that most of it is enjoyable when you are already familiar with it. It is understandable you study more but,,,

I'm with the proposal by David Atkinson in Vanishes of National Treasure that Japanese cultural heritage should be transformed from freezing preservation to an active industry. Seeing the situation that almost impossible to move forward cause the bottleneck is struggled by rents of many stakeholders, lament but conversely it would have a potential to grow. In fact tourism is a force largest industry having a 9 % of all GDP in the world, Japanese share is 3 %. It will be a three times only by increasing it to the average. Taiko festival in Okaya was more enjoyable than Suwa shrine.

・northernとnorth of はよく分からない。northernだと◯◯の北部、north of だと◯◯の北か？
・feel chillyは人が主語。itが主語の場合はfeelではなくbe。
・木陰は色々出てくるが、leafy shadeがいい画像が出てくる。
・観光地は、tourists spotがパッと出てきた。
・一概に言えないは、can't be saidは出てくるが、肝心の副詞がよく分からん。forをtoにすると次は動詞が必要。
・冷凍保存は、freezing preservationで食べ物が出てきたから採用。
・嘆くは、lamentなど色々出てくる。
・嘆きたくもなるは、不明。調べる気力もない。
・もうむちゃくちゃ

夏休みに富山に行ってきた。
・8/12（金）　自宅　→　富士吉田　98 km
・8/13（土）　富士吉田　→　岡谷　135 km
・8/14（日）　岡谷　→　富山　163 km

初日は起きると11:30であった。普通この時間になってしまうとロングライドには出ないのだが、今日のホテルを既に予約していたので慌てて出た。stravaというアプリで記録しているのだが、morging rideではなくlunch rideになってしまった。

相模原から道志道のルートはだいぶ昔に通ったことがある。きれいに富士山が見えた記憶があるが、今回は天気は曇っており富士山が見えないどころか、道志川の対岸の山も雲をかぶり山頂が見えず、さながらしし神の森である。道の駅を出てからは辺りは一層暗くなり、とうとう霧雨状の雨が降り出した。自転車で走っていて何が嫌ってトンネルと夜と雨な訳だが、雨はヤケクソになるのか妙にテンションが上がる所がある。随分しんどかった記憶がある山伏峠も、もう？という感じで到着。あとは下りだった。

夕飯は台湾料理 福福飯店で、豚バラ肉と青菜のチャーハン。もちろんビール付き。最近”もの”ではなく、自分のコンディションの方が料理の評価を左右することを痛感している。写真は山中湖。富士山は全然見えない。



I went to Toyama on summer vacation.

It was already 11:30 on the first day. Although I don't go on a long ride such a late morning, I quickly went cause I had a reservation of a hotel in Yamanashi. The ride is recorded as a lunch ride, not a morning ride, of Strava.

Doushi-michi is a route I cycled few years ago. I could have watched a Mt. Fuji clearly at that time, but I couldn't see the not only Mt. Fuji but mountains with its top covered with cloud on the other side bank of Doshi river and they look Forest of Shishi gami. It's getting dark around after road station and started drizzle. What I hate on the ride is tunnels, night and rain, it somehow lifts me up on desperate. I felt easire Yamabushi pass than before and after that it was down.

I had a fried rice with pork belly and green vegetables and beer in a Taiwan restaurant. Physical condition is more important than dishes itself. The picture is a Lake Yamanaka, can't see the Mt. Fuji.

・ロングライドに出るは、go long rideはNGらしい。
・such a late morningは出てくるが、前にonはいらないらしい。
・cycle the roadは、あり。
・やはり接続詞がぎこちない。
・テンションが上がるは、色々あるようだが。
・ヤケクソは、desperationが出てくる。
・feel easierは、make a workout feel easierなどが出てくる。
・下りは、downhillが出てくるが、downだけでもOK？
・豚バラは、spare ribsなんかも出てくる。
・青菜は、そのままだが。

ビールを美味しく飲むには大変な準備が必要で、まず暑くなくてはならない。蒸し暑いとなおよい。労働せねばならない。汗をかく運動が必要で、それも結構な量をこなして自己満足でよいので達成感も欲しい。喉が乾いてなくてはならない。少しではダメで、その他の飲み物は我慢する必要がある。デスクワークの身としては、なかなか日常的には達成困難であるが、夏に自転車に乗ればほぼ一発で達成できる。

土日で伊豆へ行ってきた。4回目になるのでもうベテランの域だが、今回はとにかく暑くて参った。初日の足柄峠や2日目の戸田峠では、かつてない感じで汗だく。一番軽いギヤでひーこら足掻いていると、いつものとおり何故こんなことをしているのかという無為な疑問が湧いてくるが、今回は「ビールのため」。三島の中華で飲んだ静岡ビールはキンキンに冷えており、カイジのチンチロ並みに美味かった。「犯罪的だ、うますぎる」ってやつ。

写真は足柄峠の途中で。この峠は10 %越えの箇所も多く休まないと登れない。今回サドルを2 mmほど上げたが、もう少し上げてもいいかもしれない。
