Japanese relegion<especially buddhism>

Today, I went to the tomb of my family. In Japan, usually one family have one tomb and go to tomb in August 15th (or around that time). Our believe is that our ancester's soul come back to our world in that week. So,this week is not public holiday but most of Japanese family go back to their country. We call this week"OBON". Well, that is not my point. I have to show how Japanese Buddhism become superficial and non-religious priest is common.
When I was washing and praying at my family's tomb, the priest of our family came ,just say "who" in rude attitude. I answered. He say nothing and get away.Maybe, he just think I am someone new and not appreciate to pray in his temple' tomb. I never heard him saying religious talk. In Japan,Buddhism priest use old word prayer, called "OKYOU",and their business is just read OKYOU. No one can understand what OKYOU says but just think it IS religious ceremony, Especially in OBON week, Buddhism priest go around the city and read prayer in each beliver's housel alter, called BUTSUDAN. They earn money in this short period.OKYOU become quite short(I suppose that is not bad.Useless habit should be banded)
My grand-mother is still alive and hated this priest because he is arrogant and asks too much money for short prayer. But she is the one who asks him to rename grand-father in heaven(or hell,I do not know)and my grand parents never visited that temple before grandfather died.Well, anyway, that temple have no ceremony so there was no chance to know who the prieste is. But, if I was grandfather, I wouldn't build my tomb in such a messy temple. My grandmother also doesn't know how to pray for her dead husband. She is also non-religiouse person, just paying money to show her respect to him!
In Japan, Buddhism is now called as "funeral Buddhism"because it only can be apply to the funeral. Some say it is up to Japanese citizen who is not aware of religion or how to live or what to believe, May be right, but the one who disappointed people most is "funeral Buddhism" it self, I suppose. It is not contemporary problem. Japanese Buddhism have been deteriorated and always fight between Buddhist since middle ages. Quite few Buddhist is known as a true religious person. Well, it might be the same in Cristian countries. During my stay in England, many priests had arrested for murder and sexual violence to believer. But European countries have experianced the conflict between church and citizen or king, In Japan, temple was like church, too. NOBUNAGA ,a
small king of Japan killed counter part of Buddhist in mid ages. But there was no protestant revolution in Japan.
Therefore, intelligent people sometimes become Christian instead of Buddhist because Buddhism is no longer attractive and answer to this complicated brutal world.I believe Buddhism have some answer to this world, too. But current Buddhism in Japan is not worth believing or obeying. It's just old habit without reason and Buddhist priest is mere crook.

Japanease beaurocracy

When I was a student,I learned a word"beaurocracy" as a bad example of govermental attitude or service, like " British sightseeing convention only
open when no one can access, what a beaurocracy"or something.
sorry I can not use English as well as I use to,so example might be wrong in meaning and usage.Anyway, I was not aware of govement's lazyness at that time and astonished to know that idea and the word to express that.
Nowadays, I am at a loss of how to express Japanese goverment's lazyness in Japanease.I have to face the truth that Japan became lazy big govermental country. Many might say "OH, Japanese goverment have been so" "You just became an adult." You may right, those who wants to be blind to one's goverment can not feel that.
For one example, I want to reuse old wasted Japanese style roof slate for under-ground drain. Some company already recycled the slate for agriculturale purpose and reported good result. The wasted slate is not recycled today,so it sound good idea. In addition, in the area where Japanese slate is made ,the wasted slate is used as a garden rock and water rock. This is not new idea. So, I asked some waste-recycle-company (house crash company) to sell the wasted slate. They say OK
but ask certain govement department to insure that usage.
First, I asked agricultural department in my town if there is any problem. They say wasted slate contains lead and it can contaminate the land.So the prohibited recycle use of slate. Well ,I do not want to contaminate the land too. But, as long as I searched, not all wasted slate contains lead. Basically, only some type of slate use lead. Even if some lead might be contained in slate, slate is hardly burned and become stable. It is quite safe. If all slate is that dengerouse, who allowed to use that for roof? Next, almost all soil contains lead in Japan. Certain method to check slate contains lead shows even non-lead slate contains lead because sand to
make slates contains lead.
Again, I asked the goverment department to tell me "how much amount of lead is prohibited by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries"and " Is there any other problem to use non-lead slate for agricultural porpose". They researched again, not for my question but for their rude job.Their answer is quite strange.
"There is no guidline of lead. But you must use recycled slate that is sold in shop or market." what'a bureaucracy! Without no guidline, no one can be allowed to sell any recycled slate! They just do not want to work, just say "This is
prohibited that is not allowed " Bullshit! Do you became public servant just to shit on desk from 8 to 5? Aren't you ashamed by using low for your excuse of bureaucracy? They are well talented to say I can not do
that or so.

There are so many experiences, so I was tired to tell them that you are shameless retainer. If you want ,I can show hundreds of example. Now I have to say I do not love this country any more as long as this goverment and bureaucracy continue. Why did I write my blog in English? First,I want foreign people to know japan is rotten in heart. Second I plant to exile myself, I hate to work and pay tax for parasites!
