Today, I have an interview of "young new farmer's subsidy" in M city building. I went there in everyday farmer's fashion with long rubber boots. First, I pointed out that their requirement to rewrite the date of becoming farmer is not rational because Ministry of agriculture didn't decided before I asked the definition. I asked if they check the definition before the request. They didn't. I argued that this subsidy is designed to help new farmers but your request is completely against the idea. Chief servant finally agreed that the date of agreement to borrow the land IS the date I became the farmer. But others man who is against me ignored that agreement and insisted Ministry says this and that. There are two thing that can not stand at the same time in this rule. He strictly stick to one point. I found he is hard to listen. That may be a good manner for servant in M　city.
Important point about this date is that I have to earn certain amount of money in certain period. More accurately, I have to earn 2500000 YEN in 2016or 2017. I can be subsidized till 2016 or 2017. So they want to cut subsidy by this stupid idea. But my point is not that. It is probably not possible to grow the tree of grape before 2017. I do not want to write too optimistic plan to ask some money. They says that is not important because plan is just a plan, disease might occur, weather might be bad and so on. Yes, it is true. No farmer can tell the income beforehand. But I want be honest to the rule like I am to the grape and other farmers. Public servant seems to lost honesty to the rule as well as kindness to the citizen.
After the discussion, I have to answer some interview. It was boring superficial interview and I thought it is just a ceremony. Maybe who to be permitted is decided beforehand. I am not sure I passed the interview or not. If they think I am good enough to run the farm work, they should ask more.
After that, they allow me to mention about this subsidy. I mentioned that this rule must be applied to the most skilled and enthusiastic farmers only. City had already subsidized some new farmer in different way. But person in the position to support and check the farmer did not work . Crooks just stole subsidy and ruined some lands. They borrowed the land to fulfill the rule and did not make use of it. I pointed out the laziness of city servant. They glare at me as if I am the crook. Isn't it them who should be ashamed? I recovered that land instead of you!
Chief public servant finally say good by and make good grapes. I wonder is he a blind to himself. One interesting thing is that there was a female student of an university and listened all interview. I want to hear how she feels and think about the interview. At least, she knows the true figure of M city.

　・少し時間が出来たのでミニキャブを軽くメンテ。空気圧チェックすると、運転席側の前が２ｋｇに落ちてたが、リアは２．３ｋｇ、助手席側前は２．１ｋｇだった。最近はブドウ運ぶのでリアを２．２ｋｇに、前は２．１ｋｇに統一。運転席側リアはサイドがひどく削れていたのがちょっと気がかり。リアリジッドである軽トラは基本的にトレッドがスクエアに削れていくので、こういう削れ方は珍しい。

　・エンジンオイルはロー切ってたので補充。オイル消費が結構あってマフラー出口もオイルススが付いている。前のロードスターみたいにオイルそのものが出てくる事はないが、やっぱりピストンリングが固着しているんだろうな（リングが削れるって事は７万キロだと多分ないんじゃないかと）。キャブは今更ながら若干スロースクリューを絞った。

　・クラッチは私は滑るのが怖くて比較的遊びを多くしていたのだが、ちょっと切れが悪く感じられたので調整。最初調整ナットが大きすぎて「こんなんどうやって調整すんだよ」と思ったが、逆に指で回るように大きいだけだった。前触ったのに忘れてるな。調整はペダルで２ｃｍほど遊びを残した。

　・あとは荷台のコンパネ板の建て付けが悪くなってきていたので、改めてネジで固定し、ゲート側にも可動式の補強を付け直した。以前付けていたんだけど、重機積む時に邪魔で外してしまったのだ。それにしても、コーススレッドって結構折れてるのがすごい。これが釘なら曲がるんだろうけど、焼き入れが硬いんだろうな。もちろん振動疲労も大きい。

　整備後だが、車の動かしはじめが前よりスムースというか柔らかい感じになった。フロントの空気圧の差が無くなったからか、若干ハンドルの座りも良くなった。クラッチに関しては調整後の方が使いやすく、不思議とミートのストロークが伸びた感じがする。当然切れも良くなっている。まあ、納車時に今の設定からいじってしまったので、元に戻しただけとも言えるが、当時はあれはあれで良いと感じていたのだ。
　　納車時はクラッチの繋がりが唐突でカックンカックンしていたし、エンジンの調子もイマイチでよくエンストしていた。その後、丁寧にクラッチを使っていたらミートもかなり柔らかくなってきていたのだが、普通にシフトする時に今度読めない感じがあった。いつ繋がるか分かりづらく、ちょっと遅れたり、シフトショックが出たり。それが調整後は適当にクラッチを戻してもシフトショックが出づらくなった。
　　普通に考えればクラッチワイヤーの調整はミート位置の調整だけなので、ドライバーが適応していればどの位置だろうと構わない。しかし、クラッチに何らかのリンケージ機構があって、どこかで特に動きを遅くしているとか、フェイシングの摩擦の関係で圧着力と摩擦の関係が比例してないとか、そういう要素があるのかも知れないと感じた。たかがクラッチですら私はよく分かってないなぁ。

　・整備の時に邪魔になったので、久々にステラに乗ったのだが、こっちは調子も良いみたい。４発+ＣＶＴでミニキャブよりずっと力強く動くし、こういうの乗ると軽トラも最新鋭エンジンを積んだ物が出て欲しい物だ。Ｕ４２Ｔも一応最終型にはインジェクションエンジンが先行発売されていて、Ｕ６＊系のテストみたいになっていたんだが。

　・地元のワイナリーの畑でピノグリの手入れをしていたので声をかけたら、もう収穫だそうだ。ピノグリというのはピノノワールの変異で茶色の皮のはずだが、見たら黒い房と青い房がまだらになったような状態だった。これでも糖度は２１度とかなり高いみたいだ。まあもっと待ってもいいのだろうけど、何かの意図があって収穫時期を決めているのだろうから、そうなんだろう。葉を摘んでいたので「明日収穫なのになんで今更？」と聞いたら「少しでも早く収穫するため」という事だった。そこまで気にするのか・・・予定収量は７００ｋｇに増えていて、かなりの量が出来そうだ。うーん、試験で飲むのが楽しみ。
　　
　・うちの畑では巨峰園の手入れ。やっぱり四隅はＳＳだと薬液の付着が悪くてサビ病が出ていたが、他は極めて順調で、鳥が突いた房などを試験的に食べてみたが、かなり甘く酸味もあと少しで全く無くなりそう。色も房型もほぼ満点。向かいのＳＳ（こっちの意味はサービスステーション、ガススタ）で涼むついでにお裾分けしたら好評だったので、やっぱり今年の出来はいいみたいだ。

　・デラ園ではハクビシンの害が酷いのでトラップをかけてはみたが、基本的にハクビシンはトラップが使いづらい。他の害獣も基本的に同じだが、侵入経路が分からないと無闇にトラップをかけても通らないし、こいつは樹上を移動出来るので地上トラップがなおさら使いづらい。ネットなどで防御して侵入口があればトラップを設置というのがセオリーだが、ネット設置は大変なのでやってない。草生栽培だとネットというのは邪魔で使えない・
