Limited units of the Mitsubishi Triton Bold Edition now available!
Malaysia's most-awarded pick-up truck adds sporty enhancements and luxury features to its arsenal

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the importer and distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, has launched the Mitsubishi Triton Bold Edition, a limited edition variant of the award-winning truck. Only 300 units will be made available to the Malaysian public.
The Triton Bold Edition is based on the Triton 2.5 A/T, and is powered by the proven 2.5-litre turbocharged COMMONRAIL diesel engine that produces 136 PS of power and 314 Nm of torque. Drive from this strong yet economical engine is transferred to the surface via a 4-speed automatic transmission and Mitsubishi's Easy Select 4WD system.
In addition to the Triton 2.5 comprehensive equipment list, which includes dual airbags, ABS with EBD, hybrid LSD, fog lamps, a multi-mode centre information display and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, the Bold Edition adds on features that have never been seen before in the truck segment.
Sitting proud in the centre stack is a 2-DIN touch screen entertainment system with built-in GPS navigation. Its full-colour LCD screen also doubles up as a display for the Bold Edition's reverse camera, which aids parking considerably. Mitsubishi is the first to offer a reverse camera for a pick-up truck. All occupants also enjoy even more comfort from the Triton's best-in-class cabin space, thanks to plush, full-leather seats.
That's not all. The Bold Edition boasts many features previously reserved for the top-of-the-range Triton 3.2 model, such as automatic climate control, 17-inch alloy wheels, anti-slip side steps and a sporty front bumper guard. A Triton Bold Edition is also easily distinguished by its stylish sports bar and chrome rear step bumper.
The popularity of the Triton range is as such that it is both attention-grabber and award-winner. To add to its list of accolades, the facelifted Triton was crowned Pick-up Truck of the Year at the recent Autocar ASEAN 2010 awards.
Limited to just 300 units, the Mitsubishi Triton Bold Edition is available in either black or white.
