マレーシア仕様 ミツビシ トライトン ＲＡ エディション は
現地 マレーシア にて わずか ５００台 のみ の 限定 リリース と なります。
ベースモデル は
２．５ ℓ 直４ Ｄｉ－Ｄ ターボディーゼル ４Ｄ５６ 搭載モデル で
４ＡＴ仕様 のみ の 設定 に なります。
マレーシア仕様 ミツビシ トライトン ＲＡ エディション は
先月 同じく 限定 リリース された 特仕モデル
マレーシア仕様 ミツビシ ランサー スポーツバック ＲＡ エディション と 同様
ラリーアート ブランド の 専用アイテム が 奢られ スポーティー な 意匠 と なっています。
ボディーカラー は ブラックマイカ ／ ホワイトソリッド の モノトーン ２色 を 設定。

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the importer and distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, launched the Mitsubishi Triton RA Edition today. Built with racing elements, the exclusive Triton RA Edition are only limited to 500 units.
The Triton RA Edition is based on the Triton 2.5 A/T, and is powered by the proven 2.5-litre turbocharged COMMONRAIL diesel engine that produces 136 PS of power and 314 Nm of torque.
The RA edition takes on the inspired element of racing and adds on enhancements from Ralliart, the brand name for all Mitsubishi motor-sports related products.
Priced at RM 103,980 on the road inclusive insurance, the fully imported pick-up truck comes in two colours- Black Mica and White Solid. Owners get to enjoy a 3-year/100,000 km warranty as well as Mitsubishi’s 2-Years free maintenance package.
The Triton RA Edition is specially customised with an exclusive accessory package that includes tonneau cover, bumper extender, a unique racing element body sticker, window visor, racing inspired interior with Ralliart embroidery logo on the seats, aluminium scuff plate, limited edition Triton RA carpet mat, Ralliart emblem as well as the Triton RA serial plate number which indicates a limited edition of just 500 units made available.
The Triton RA Edition centre stack also houses an Audio LCD touch screen entertainment system with built-in GPS navigation. Its full-colour LCD screen also doubles up as a display for the RA Edition reverse camera, which aids parking considerably.
Occupants will also enjoy even more comfort from the Triton’s best-in-class cabin space, thanks to leather seats.
The Triton 2.5 comprehensive standard equipment list, includes Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD). Passive safety features also includes Inti-Intrusion brake pedal, collapsible steering wheel, pre-tensioner, force limiter, dual-stage SRS airbags as well as Mitsubishi Motors’ rigid RISE body structure.
That’s not all. Mitsubishi Triton also offers Hybrid LSD (Limited Slip Differential) and the best in class 5.9 turning radius which is the smallest turning radius made available in a pick-up truck.
The Triton has made the best Pick-up award its own since it was launched in Malaysia in 2006, claiming the title no less than four times from Autocar ASEAN and four times from New Straits Times/Maybank Car of the Year Awards. In 2009, the Triton won best Pick-up awards from both publications and has successfully defended the titles. In 2010, the Triton has once again proved its capabilities winning the 2010 Autocar ASEAN Pick-up truck of the year. It’s also the only truck in Malaysia that can claim to have an entire range of award winning variants.
The Triton RA Edition will be made available in East Malaysia from September 5, 2011 onwards.

三菱自動車 は このほど バングラデシュ に おいて
同社 の 新型 ＳＵＶ パジェロ スポーツ の 現地生産 ・ 販売 を
開始 した こと を 発表 した。
同 パジェロ スポーツ は
三菱自動車 の バングラデシュ に おける ビジネスパートナー で ある1
Ｐｒａｇｏｔｉ Ｉｎｄｕｓｔｒｉｅｓ Ｌｉｍｉｔｅｄ （ 以下 ＰＩＬ社 ） の
チッタゴン工場 で 生産 され 同社 の 販売網 を 通じて
バングラデシュ 国内 で 販売 される。
ＰＩＬ社 は バングラデシュ工業省 傘下 の 国営自動車 組立会社 で あり
三菱自動車 とは １９７７年 より 同社 モデル の 現地生産 ・ 販売 で 提携関係 に ある。
１９９５年 以降 は パジェロ （ 旧型 ） の 生産 ・ 販売 を 行なってきていたが
今回 これに 最新型 ＳＵＶ モデル で ある パジェロ スポーツ を 追加 することで
商品ラインナップ の 強化 を 図り さらなる 拡販 を 目指す。
なお 当面 の 年間生産 ・ 販売台数 は 約 ５００台 を 見込んでいる。
三菱自動車 は １９７０年代 に バングラデシュ に 進出
現在 は ＰＩＬ社 を 通じた 現地生産 ・ 販売事業 の ほか
輸入完成車販売事業 も 手がけており 同国 新車販売市場 （ 乗用車 ・ ＳＵＶ ） に おいて
高い シェア を 獲得 している。
三菱自動車 は タイムリー な 新型モデル の 投入等 を 通じ
引き続き バングラデシュ市場 での プレゼンス を 堅持 していく 考え で ある。
三菱自動車 は 本年 １月 に 公表 した
２０１３年度 までの 中期経営計画 「 ＪＵＭＰ ２０１３ 」 に おいて
その 事業戦略 の 柱 の 一つ と して
「 新興市場 への 経営資源 の 集中 」 を 掲げており
今回 の バングラデシュ での 新型モデル の 現地生産 ・ 販売開始 も
その 一環 を なすもの。
同社 は 今後とも 将来的 な 成長 が 期待 される 新興市場 での
三菱自動車 ブランド の 向上 ・ 確立 に 向け 事業強化 を 図っていく。
