Ok, it is done.

How does it taste?

Well, こうや豆腐 is こうや豆腐.

The problem is it has a poor taste.

I sould have squieeze the こうや豆腐,
let it expand in the sauce and repeat
this over and over to force the sauce
into the こうや豆腐.

Next thing you need to do is to bake them in the pan.

Just two months beyond the consumption
date of こうや豆腐 is not going to hurt me.

I am just go ahead and proceed.

Oh, I have one slice of white bread.

Why don’t I used that, too.

The first thing you do is to soak こうや豆腐
in the water for 10 minutes.

I just realized this こうや豆腐 is out of the
consumption date for two months.

This time I am going to make French toast by using
こうや豆腐, instead of regular white bread.
