Designed using circular economy principles in a compact four-seater fully electric vehicle for the year 2040. This concept is focused solely on sustainability and luxury and shown for the first time at the IAA Mobility 2021.
The proportions of the concept take BMW in a new direction. Using the aesthetic of circular design to project a new side silhouette leading inside to a modern, light and supremely sustainable cabin space.
Circular product design embraces the four principles of RE:THINK, RE:DUCE, RE:USE and RE:CYCLE to reevaluate our processes and manufacturing technologies to think differently.
This first concept of five is an important symbol of the BMW Group's ambitious future plans to become the world’s most sustainable manufacturer in the individual premium mobility space.
