Thank you very much for the quick reply.
That is fantastic that you can help me with the parts.
That is also great news that the camshaft bearings are
still available. About 54,500 Yen? Are they a special made
to order bearing by a Japanese company?
I have tried looking everywhere to find a bearing that would
work. I have found a bearing from a Yanmar L40 Diesel generator
that is a very similar size, but if the original bearings are still
obtainable that is the best option.
I have the original camshafts from my G200W, that would make
it very easy to exchange them with a set from you.
What have you found to be the best camshaft combination
for the G200W? Duration, valve lift, etc.
Yes the Toyota 2TG piston is the closest option for a forged
piston. I have done lots of research into this. The other option
is a custom piston from CP Pistons in the USA.
The 2TG double valve springs measure up very similar to the
G200W. Do you use the 2TG spring retainer or the G200W?
I am sorry I have so many questions, there is just know one that
knows these engines in Australia.
Also I will be running Dellorto carburettors on the engine, I noticed
you run Solex carburettors on your engines.
What is the best size to run? 48 or 50?
Do you get JUN to carry out you machine work? They are very good
& have nice products. Do you have access to the JUN lightweight
flywheels? I will be needing one of those in the future too.
Again thanks you very much for all of you help & information.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
I have attached some pictures of my Gemini & a picture of the
G200 engine that I built for it.

Ash Smith
